Description

Quick and easy to assemble without tools. Simple wedge under car wheel or drive onto base for maximum security. Wheel Base for Feather and Teardrop Flying Banners.
The wheel base is suitable for small and medium Flying Banners using the relevant pole/conversion kit, which prevents the flag making contact with vehicle bodywork.
